A fattening snack favoured by the local people cooked with pork, meat, heads, hearts, tongues, lungs and intestines which are seasoned with Chinese spices and stewed for several hours. Kanom Jeen or rice noodle is one of very popular breakfast menus for the people in Phuket. There are many kinds of curried served with Kanom Jeen, such as Nam Choop or dipping, Nam Ya Curry which is made from flakes of cooked fish, curry paste and coconut milk, Kang Tai Pla or the curry prepared from the viscera of fish, Chicken Curry.
