Hokkien Mee is made and cooked with yellow noodle or egg noodle It is cooked in soup or fried with fish sauce and some ingredients topped with sliced por k and shrimps. There are some very old delicious Hokkien Mee shops, such as Mee Ton Pho shop near the clock Tower on Phuket Road, Mee Aua Kae Shop on pool Phon Road, and Mee Sapam Shop. The delicious Hokkien Mee in soup is available at some well know shops such as Somjit Mee Shop near the clock Tower or Jirayuwat Mee Shop near Pearl Cinema
