A fattening snack favoured by the local people cooked with pork, meat, heads, hearts, tongues, lungs and intestines which are seasoned with Chinese spices and stewed for several hours. They are then deep fried and served cucumber and chilli sauce. The well known shops are the one on Phuket Road on the way to Sapan Hin and the other one on Krabi Road opposite Mea Ya nang Shrine
